Audubon trace

The entry plan produced for this residential subdivision was envisioned as an opportunity to set the development's tone as a community a "step above" similarly sized local efforts. The practical goal of the project was to provide identifying signage, and a new landscape plan. An iconic architectural element, landscaping, and fencing were incorporated into the design to provide a sense of arrival, and to define a level of affluence for the neighborhood. A guardhouse was designed and detailed to provide an iconic entry element for the development. This traditional guardhouse incorporates a fountain feature, and matches the styling of the new walls, fences, and signage.
