Blythewood Estates Subdivision

This land planning exercise called for a parcel of land to be incorporated into an existing residential development. A lake was incorporated into the property to provide a central focus to the development, and to increase adjacent property values. A Community Center was also proposed which incorporated a pool, ballfield, parking, and waterside trails. This preliminary planning was used to evaluate the feasibility of the additional development.
