Cate Square Tree Plantings and Renovations

In early 2014, the Hammond Downtown Development District approached Adam Perkins with a request to provide design and documentation for a second phase of improvements to Cate Square Park, in Downtown Hammond, LA.  The final projects consists of the installation of numerous Live Oaks, walkway plantings and irrigation, and improved pedestrian access.  The relocation of existing bronze sculptures and installation of an entry gateway at the park’s northeast corner brings this public space into closer compliance with the original master plan.
