Colony Square Shopping Center

Dufreche-Perkins & Associates were retained to provide planning and site design for this retail shopping center. The provision of an entry avenue allowed for a strong visual entry feature, and allows vehicular traffic to penetrate the site easily. The owner’s commitment to following our design guidance resulted in a facility not aesthetically matched by any local development. Our office was involved from the beginning of the development process, and included Site Planning and Detailing, Landscape and Irrigation Design, and the design and detailing of a large Monument Sign.
