Dufreche-Perkins & Associates were approached by a local real-estate developer, who wished us to design an entry plaza for his personal offices, following years of commissioning designs for business venture properties. A Plaza dominated by small shade trees and open pedestrian was provided to answer the owner’s request for an intimate space which still allowed open access and views.
