Forbes Farms Residential Master Plan

Dufreche-Perkins & Associates, in conjunction with Holly & Smith Architects of Hammond, were asked to develop a master land development plan for a tract of land located on an old family farm in Hammond.

The developers were interested in developing a mixed use residential plan that attempted to address several sectors of the housing market. The planners developed sites for large estate type homes, medium sized residential sites, as well as an area planned for garden homes.
