Fox Hollow Subdivision

This residential subdivision entry was typical of the many requests we receive from residential developers. The design goal of this entry signage project was to provide a monument sign which would integrate smoothly into the new landscape plan. Extensive street tree plantings and fencing were incorporated into the design to provide an extension of the entry space, and to define a sense of arrival into the neighborhood. The sign itself was designed as an understated masonry monument with lighting and associated landscaping in a central median area.
