Strawberry Fields Subdivision
Embracing the property's agrarian history, this subdivision entry provides the feel of a long-established community. Signage was provided at the main road, establishing an entry point and marking the development. A secondary structure was designed along the entry road as a repetition from the main entry, and to mark arrival into the neighborhood itself. Vernacular materials and styles were used to expand on the concept of a neighborhood well integrated with its surroundings. Trees line the entry road, linking the primary and secondary entries. Wooden fencing was used as a unifying element, flanking the entry road and enclosing a green-space area at the secondary entrance point.
