the coudrain residence

Dufreche-Perkins & Associates was asked by the Coudrain's to develop a plan for their recently completed home.

The design program was to develop a landscape master plan for the one acre parcel. The program also instructed the Landscape Architect to develop a transition space from the residence to the existing pool, as well as to plan and design a play area for the Client's children. The play area features an area for the children as well as an area for the parents to sit and relax.

The master plan featured landscape massing for the front and rear yards as well as focused on the children's play area and terraced courtyard between the residence and pool.
