This local residence presented Dufreche-Perkins and Associates with a "blank slate," calling for comprehensive property improvements in an empty backyard. The rural nature of the project site suggested the total enclosure of a pool area within a screening fence, to ensure privacy from views across the open land surrounding the home. A swimming pool, firepit, Pool-cabana, landscape plan, and lighting / drainage / irrigation systems were incorporated into the final design.
