Dufreche-Perkins & Associates were approached by the client to assist in the development of this master plan for a proposed residence in Hammond, La. The client's property was unique for the area, and featured a live-oak lined escarpment within an existing upscale neighborhood.

Our scope of work included a site analysis to better understand the property, site element programming with the client to better understand their needs and use of the property, and development of multiple site planning options for review and study.

The resulting master plan assisted the client in the initial siting of the structures and will provide a guide for short and long-term development of the property.
