When a local architect approached Dufreche-Perkins and Associates, it was immediately apparent that a unique design would be required to meet his high standards. Linear paving elements complement and balance a lap pool, flanking both sides of a formal lawn area. Understated masonry walls and linear planter areas were used extensively to provide a formal framework within the natural character of the property. Careful selections within a limited material palate helped set the tone for this deceptively large construction project. Additionally, our office provided construction documentation of a unique cabana adjacent to the pool, designed by the client himself.
