Dufreche-Perkins & Associates was commissioned to provide land planning and landscape design services for a 33 acre tract of land in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Due the narrow configuration of the property, the planners developed a scheme that featured a long winding road to the rear of the property which terminated at a community green space/park.
